If you can’t lodge the NFP self-review return by 31 October 2024 due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us so we can work with you to address your lodgment obligations.

If you don't lodge your NFP self-review return on time, we may contact you to request lodgment.

If lodgment is still not received, penalties may apply under our penalty framework.

If you have difficulty lodging online

If you have difficulty lodging through Online services for business, you may be able to submit your NFP self-review return using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Self-help phone service. This service is available as an interim lodgment channel for the 2023-24 transitional year.

More information on how to use this service will be available in July 2024.
