MODIFICATIONS UNDER PART XI OF THE ACT

ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS
Omit ' by a debtor to a creditor before the debtor became a bankrupt ' , substitute:
(a) the deceased person before his or her death; or
(b) the deceased person ' s estate before the date of the order for the administration of the estate; ' .

20 Section 88 (Apportionment to principal and interest of payments made before bankruptcy) 20.1Omit ' by a debtor to a creditor before the debtor became a bankrupt ' , substitute:
' to a creditor by:
(a) the deceased person before his or her death; or
(b) the deceased person ' s estate before the date of the order for the administration of the estate; ' .
