COAL EXCISE ACT 1949 (REPEALED)

SECTION 7 (Repealed by 74 of 2006)  

7   PRODUCERS TO BE LICENSED  
A person shall not produce coal except in pursuance of this Act or if the person is not licensed under this Act to do so.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.
