ORDER OF COURT ON APPEAL
Section 199 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following sub-section:
``199(1) A Supreme Court hearing an appeal under this Part may make such order in relation to the decision to which the appeal relates as it thinks fit, including an order confirming or varying the decision.''.
