SECTION 100   Applications for variation or revocation of condition on authorisation as FHSA provider  

100(1)    
An FHSA provider may apply to APRA for variation or revocation of a condition that APRA has imposed on its authorisation as an FHSA provider under section 98 .

100(2)    
An application under this section must:

(a) be in the approved form; and

(b) contain the information required by the approved form.
