Erratum

This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It amends Class Ruling CR 2022/107 to correct a legislative reference.

CR 2022/107 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 60

Omit 'paragraph 127-70(1)(c)'; substitute 'paragraph 125-70(1)(c)'

This Erratum applies from 30 November 2022.
