Erratum
This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It corrects minor typographical errors in Class Ruling CR 2025/3.
CR 2025/3 is amended as follows:
Omit 'paragraph (ld)'; substitute 'paragraph (lc)'.
After 'The MOU sets', insert ' out'.
This Erratum applies from 29 January 2025.
