This Legislative Instrument has been repealed by Treasury (Spent and Redundant Instruments) Repeal Regulation 2013.

Excise Act 1901

I, John Harland Jeffery, delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of Customs, pursuant to subsection 165 of the Excise Act 1901, and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, amend:

(a)
Excise By-law No. 75 by deleting ", 17B and 17C." in paragraph 2 and substituting "and 17B."; and
(b)
Excise By-law No. 114 by deleting "Wanea" wherever it occurs and substituting "Wanaea".

These amendments shall take effect from the date of publication of this instrument in the Gazette.
