Explanatory Memorandum Erratum

Leslie Bury)In consequence of an amendment made in the House of Representatives to the definition of "the valuation date" in proposed section 82L being inserted by clause 6 of the Income Tax Assessment Bill 1970, the word "two" should be replaced by the word "six" in the following places:-
- Page 3, last paragraph, line 10
- Page 8, second paragraph, lines 2 and 4
- Page 19, third paragraph, line 9
- Page 20, sixth paragraph, lines 2 and 6
- Page 23, third paragraph, line 2
