NOTICE OF ARCHIVAL

Taxation Ruling IT 2025 is no longer current and has been archived.

This Ruling considers certain features of the 1982-83 Budget legislation in respect of the dividend rebate; spouse, daughter-housekeeper and housekeeper rebates; sole parent rebate; pensioner rebate; and personal income tax rate scale changes.

This Ruling is intended to have effect only for assessments in the 1982-83 year of income.
