Taxation Ruling IT 2134 is no longer current and has been archived.

The Ruling provides details of the tax rebates introduced in the 1984 Budget legislation for social security unemployment, sickness or special beneficiaries.

This Ruling is intended to have effect for assessments in the 1984-85 year of income.
