NOTICE OF PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL

The views expressed in paragraphs 19 and 20 of Taxation Ruling IT 2458 are no longer current and are now withdrawn.

The principles contained in these paragraphs have been incorporated in Taxation Ruling TR 98/9 which issued today.
