Explanatory Memorandum

A parent's child support income is made up of their adjusted taxable income plus, if relevant, certain other amounts (such as net rental property loss) minus a self-support amount and minus, if relevant, a relevant dependent child amount and/or multicase allowance. Combined child support income is the total of the two parent's child support income.
