Circulated by the authority of the Minister for Superannuation and Corporate Law, Senator the Hon Nick Sherry1 The Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) does not cover the inquiry obligation on brokers. An exemption from preparing a RIS in relation to this obligation was provided by the Office of Best Practice Regulation.
