Corrections to the Explanatory Memorandum

1. Delete the reference to "subsection 701-12(1)" in paragraph 1.178 and replace with "subsection 701B-1(1)".
2. Delete the reference to "subsection 701-12(3)" in paragraph 1.179 and replace with "subsection 701B-1(3)".
3. Delete the reference to "subsection 701-12(2)" in paragraph 1.180 and replace with "subsection 701B-1(2)".
4. Delete references to "Schedule 18" in paragraphs 5.15 to 5.17 inclusive and replace with "Schedule 14".
