Supplementary Explanatory Memorandum

Chapter 3 - Regulation Impact Statement
3.1 Pages 8 to 79 of the Explanatory Memorandum for the Bill set out the Regulation Impact Statement for the measures in the Bill.
3.2 As this Bill is being amended after it was introduced into Parliament (and as it has not been withdrawn or re-introduced), the Government's requirements in respect of the mandatory preparation of a Regulation Impact Statement do not apply in respect of these amendments.
