SECTION 102DE OFFENCE - FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH OBLIGATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
102DE(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person is a cargo handler; and
(b)
the person fails to comply with an obligation or requirement:
(i) set out in section 102CC , 102CF , 102CG , 102CH or 102CI ; or
(ii) set out in this Division; or
(iii) set out in a legislative instrument made under section 102DD .
Penalty: 60 penalty units.

Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
