Hide history noteGoods are not New Zealand originating goods under this Division if: (a) they are transported through a country or place other than New Zealand or Australia; and (b) they undergo subsequent production or any other operation in that country or place (other than unloading, reloading, storing, repacking, relabelling or any operation that is necessary to preserve them in good condition or to transport them to Australia).
