Hide history noteDuring a period in which a broker's licence held by a natural person is suspended under this Division:
(a) the person shall not act as a customs broker;
(b) the person shall not act as a nominee of a customs broker; and
(c) a nominee of the person shall not act as such a nominee.
During a period in which a broker's licence held by a corporate customs broker is suspended under this Division:
(a) the corporate customs broker shall not act as a customs broker; and
(b) a nominee of the corporate customs broker shall not act as such a nominee.
