All goods that are condemned as forfeited to the Crown under this Subdivision must be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with the directions of the Comptroller-General of Customs.

In particular, the Comptroller-General of Customs may direct that the goods be given to a relevant authority of a foreign country in order that the goods be used in an investigation or prosecution under the laws of that country.

Subsection (2) does not limit the generality of subsection (1).
