frisk search
has the same meaning as in Division
1
of Part
XII
.
national security
has the same meaning as in the
National Security Information (Criminal and Civil Proceedings) Act 2004
.
ordinary search
has the same meaning as in Division
1
of Part
XII
.
prescribed State or Territory offence
means an offence prescribed for the purposes of section
219ZJAA
.
serious Commonwealth offence
means an offence against a law of the Commonwealth that is punishable on conviction by imprisonment for 12 months or more.
