SECTION 15GY   Cancellation of authorities  

(1)    
An appropriate authorising officer may, by order in writing given to the principal law enforcement officer for a controlled operation, cancel the authority to conduct the controlled operation at any time and for any reason.

(2)    
Without limiting subsection (1), an appropriate authorising officer may cancel an authority at any time at the request of the principal law enforcement officer for the controlled operation concerned.

(3)    
Cancellation of an authority takes effect at the time the order is made or at the later time specified in the order.
