Hide history noteThe Ombudsman may, by writing, delegate to an APS employee responsible to the Ombudsman all or any of the Ombudsman ' s functions or powers under this Division, other than section 3ZZVX .

A delegate must, on request by a person affected by the exercise of any power delegated to the delegate, produce the instrument of delegation, or a copy of the instrument, for inspection by the person.
