Bankruptcy Act 1966
As soon as practicable after a notice of objection is filed by the trustee, the trustee must give a copy of the notice to the bankrupt together with a notice to the effect that the bankrupt may request the Inspector-General to review the decision of the trustee to file the notice of objection.
A notice given to the bankrupt under subsection (1) must set out the effect of subsection 149K(3) .
A contravention of this section does not affect the validity of the objection.
