Bankruptcy Act 1966
An action, suit or proceeding does not lie against the Inspector-General, an Official Receiver, the trustee of the estate of a bankrupt or any other person in respect of a statement made in good faith in a report prepared or given to a person under subsection 12(1A) or (1B) , section 189A or section 20-25 , 20-60 , 40-60 or 70-40 of Schedule 2 .

Subsection (1) shall not be taken to limit or affect any other right, privilege, immunity or defence existing apart from that subsection.
