Hide history noteWithout limiting the effect of this Act apart from this section, this Act also has the effect it would have if each reference to an Australian business were expressly confined to a reference to an Australian business being carried on by a corporation.
Note: The reference to a corporation in this section is affected by section 35 (general severability).
