SECTION 79K  

79K   EXERCISE OF POWERS UNDER THIS DIVISION

In exercising a power under this Division, the Treasurer:

(a)    may have regard to any matter; and

(b)    is not required to have regard to a particular matter, unless otherwise required by this Division.
