SECTION 55B   Procedure in IC review - application for hearing  

55B(1)    
At any time during an IC review, a review party may apply to the Information Commissioner requesting that the Information Commissioner hold a hearing for the purposes of the IC review.

55B(2)    
The Information Commissioner must notify the other review parties of the application.

55B(3)    
The Information Commissioner must:


(a) give all review parties a reasonable opportunity to make submissions on the application; and


(b) decide whether or not to hold a hearing.
