Hide history noteThe object of this Part is to make provision for a scheme under which the Commonwealth undertakes, if so required by certain clients of the Agency, to pay to the Agency the basic charges in respect of the units of study for which they have enrolled for the purposes of an approved course of study.

Those charges are to be repaid to the Commonwealth, as provided under Chapter 5A , when the clients concerned have a HEC repayment income (within the meaning of that Chapter).
