HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING ACT 1988
The following are legislative instruments:
(a) a declaration made by the Minister under subsection 4(2) or 98AA(2) ;
(b) a determination made by the Minister under section 15 , 16 , 20A , 24 , 25 , 27A , 98Q , 98S or 106ZD or under subsection 23(1E) ;
(c) guidelines issued under section 20A , 26 or 27 , paragraph 35(7)(b) , subsection 36(3) or 39(4) , section 40A , subsection 56C(6) , 56D(6) , 56E(4) or 98U(4) (as any of those subsections applies of its own force or otherwise) or subsection 106L(3A) .
