SECTION 111AR   MEANING OF ``DISCLOSING ENTITY PROVISIONS''

111AR(1)  [``disclosing entity provisions'']  

For the purposes of this Division, the disclosing entity provisions are the provisions of the following:

(a)  Chapter 2M as it applies to disclosing entities;
