PART 9.1 - REGISTERS AND REGISTRATION OF DOCUMENTS
SECTION 1274AA REGISTER OF DISQUALIFIED COMPANY DIRECTORS AND OTHER OFFICERS 1274AA(1) [Requirement to keep register] ASIC must keep a register of persons who have been disqualified from managing corporations under this Part or prohibited from managing a corporation under any previous Law. 1274AA(2) [Contents of register] The register must contain a copy of: (a) each order made by the Court disqualifying a person from managing a corporation, or prohibiting a person from managing a corporation, under a corresponding previous law of this jurisdiction before the commencement of this Part; and (b) every notice that was served under:(i) section 206F; or
(ii) a previous law of this jurisdiction before the commencement of this Part that corresponds to section 206F; and(c) every order lodged under section 206G. 1274AA(3) [Application to order or notice] Subsections 1274(2) and (5) apply to a copy of an order or notice as if that copy were a document lodged with ASIC.
