SECTION 549 PROCEEDINGS OF COMMITTEE OF INSPECTION 549(1) [Time and place] A committee of inspection shall meet at such times and places as its members from time to time appoint. 549(2) [Convening] The liquidator or a member of the committee may convene a meeting of the committee. 549(3) [Majority] A committee may act by a majority of its members present at a meeting, but shall not act unless a majority of its members are present.
