Division 5   Amendments relating to debts

22   Bad debts

Section 63 of the Principal Act is amended:

(a) by omitting from subsection (3) "to him under this or the previous Act, his" and substituting "to the taxpayer under section 51 or this section, the taxpayer's";
          

(b) by adding at the end the following subsection:
          

"(4) Where a part of a debt is bad, this section applies as if the part were an entire debt that is bad.".
