Subject to this section, the Board must decide a registration application within 60 days after receiving it.
13(2) [Extension of period]If the Board thinks that it will take longer to decide the application, the Board may extend, by up to 60 days, the period for deciding it.
13(3) [Written notice of extension]An extension must be made by written notice given to the applicant within 60 days after the Board receives the application.
13(4) [Requirement]If the Board makes an extension, the Board must decide the application within the extended period.
13(5) [Application deemed refused]If the Board has not decided the application by the end of the day by which the Board is required to decide it, the Board is taken to have decided, at the end of that day, to refuse the application.
