As soon as practicable after making a registration declaration, the Board must cause to be published in the Gazette a notice that states the name of the company and advises that the company became, or will become, as the case requires, a PDF on a specified day.
16(2) [Non-compliance with subsec (1)]A failure to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a registration declaration does not affect the validity of the declaration.
