Division 3 - Board's powers to give directions  

SECTION 37   BOARD TO ADVISE OF REASONS FOR GIVING DIRECTIONS  

37(1)   [Reasons for direction]  

The Board must include in a direction notice a statement of its reasons for giving the direction.

37(2)   [Non-compliance with subsec (1)]  

A failure to comply with subsection (1) in relation to a notice does not affect the validity of the notice.

37(3)   [``direction notice'']  

In this section:

"direction notice"
means a notice under subsection 33(2) , 34(1) , 35(1) or 36(1) giving a person a direction.
