Pooled Development Funds Act 1992
This section applies to a reviewable decision of a kind referred to in paragraph (c), (d), (e) or (f) of the definition of reviewable decision in subsection 4(1) .
53(2) [Notice of Board's decision]As soon as practicable after making the decision, the Board must give the person affected by the decision a written notice advising the person of the decision and of the Board's reasons for making it.
53(3) [Non-compliance with subsec (2)]A failure to comply with subsection (2) in relation to a reviewable decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
