SCHEDULE 1   AMENDMENTS OF THE INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1936 TO REMOVE REQUIREMENTS TO LODGE ELECTIONS

*   Subsection 36AAA(4)

(a) Omit "there shall", substitute "an amount is to".

(b) Omit "such amount as is specified in the election".
