Part 4 AMENDMENT OF THE SALES TAX LAW
Division 4 Amendments to extend the periodic quoting provisions of the Sales Tax Assessment Act 1992
145 Savings
(1) A monthly quote made under section 85 of the Principal Act is taken to be a periodic quote under section 85 of the amended Act that covers the month concerned.
(2) In this section, "amended Act" means the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
