Schedule 5   OTHER AMENDMENTS OF THE FRINGE BENEFITS TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1986

72   After subsection 162L(2)

Insert:

"(2A) A nomination shall be made in writing on or before the

declaration date for the current year of tax.".
