Schedule 6 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993
Part 1 COLLECTION OF STATISTICAL INFORMATION
2 Section 10 (definition of superannuation standards officer)
Omit "includes a person who is or has been an inspector;", substitute
the following words and paragraphs:
"includes a person who is or has been:
(c) an inspector; or
(d) a delegate of the Commissioner under section 347A;".
