PART 3 REGISTER OF APPROVED OCCUPATIONAL CLOTHING
5. Subsections 51AL(5) to (22) (inclusive)
Omit "TCFDA" (wherever occurring), substitute "Industry Secretary".
Note 1: The heading to subsection 51AL(13) of the Income Tax
Assessment Act 1936 is altered by omitting "TCFDA's" and substituting "Industry Secretary's".
Note 2: The heading to subsection 51AL(14) of the Income Tax
Assessment Act 1936 is altered by omitting "TCFDA" and substituting "Industry Secretary".
