Part 6 Deregistration of companies (new Chapter 5A)
380 Section 9
Insert:
deregistered means:
(a) in relation to a company - deregistered under Chapter 5A; and
(b) in relation to any other body corporate - deregistered in a way that results in the body corporate ceasing to exist.
