Part 1   Amendment of the Corporations Law set out in section 82 of the Corporations Act 1989

8   Section 9 (definition of constitution )

Repeal the definition, substitute:

constitution means (depending on the context):

(a) a company's constitution; or

(b) a managed investment scheme's constitution; or

(c) in relation to any other kind of body:

(i) the body's charter or memorandum; or

(ii) any instrument or law (other than this Law) constituting, or defining the constitution of, the body or governing the activities of the body or its members.
