Schedule 3 Amendment of the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993
16 At the end of section 24A
Add:
(7) A person must not intentionally or recklessly fail to comply with subsection (1), (2), (2A) or (2B).
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
