Insert:
Australian legislature means:
(a) the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or
(b) the Parliament of a State; or
(c) the Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory; or
(d) the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory of Australia.
