Customs Tariff Amendment (Product Stewardship for Waste Oil) Act 2000 (103 of 2000)
2 Commencement
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Schedule 1 commences, or is taken to have commenced, on the commencement of section 9 of the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000.
