Hide history noteIn relation to a disclosing entity that has been the offeror of a recognised offer, sections 675 and 675A also have the operation they would have if paragraphs 675(2)(c) and 675A(2)(c) were replaced by the following paragraph:
(c) the information is not required, by the law of the recognised jurisdiction to which the offer relates, to be included in a supplementary or replacement offer document; and
