Hide history noteParagraph 283AA(1)(a) has effect in relation to a CCIV as if an offer of debentures was an offer of the kind referred to in that paragraph if the offer gave rise to an obligation to give a Product Disclosure Statement under Chapter 7 (as that Chapter applies to securities in the CCIV under Division 4 of Part 8B.7 ).
